These are challenging times. While places of worship like St Paul’s Cathedral navigate rapidly fluctuating proclamations to develop policies to address the protection of our migrant neighbors, The Episcopal Church has joined other religious groups seeking to prohibit the federal government from conducting immigration enforcement activities at sensitive locations such as places of worship, schools and educational facilities, hospitals and medical treatment facilities, courthouses and polling places, and sites of government assistance or emergency relief.
