How can we maintain resolve to care for God’s good Creation in the midst of setbacks in environmental laws and a general disregard for the natural world around us? One way is to come together in prayer and celebrate Earth!
Join Simpler Living members for our annual Spring retreat at the La Mesa home of Cindy Schuricht on Saturday, April 11 from 9 am to noon. Walk the hand-crafted stone and earth labyrinth, stop to smell the flowers, and find inspiration from reflection prompts throughout the garden. Come when you want and stay for as long as you like. We will share a short service around 9:15 and have brunch around 9:30 am.

Creator God, we thank you for the mystery of creation, for the beauty the eye can see, for the marvels the ear can hear: for all the amazing mysteries that fill the universe with wonder. Help us to grow in knowledge and appreciation of your Creation, to be good stewards of what you have given us, And to always remember that every good gift comes only from you.
