There’s no blog without you.

Have you noticed that there’s not much activity on the blog this week?  That’s because we haven’t heard from YOU!

In 2009, when Chris Harris and I started working on the blog project, we named it All Our Voices because we wanted it to represent everyone at St Paul’s.  I think we’ve been very successful, overall.

But we know that a lot of you are “lurking” which in internet jargon means reading quietly without saying anything.  And we also know that everyone has a story to tell.

So, as your blogmaster, I want to encourage everyone to think about submitting something.

If you look at the range of things we have posted, you can see a broad spectrum:  spiritual reflections and personal history, introductions  and vignettes of everyday life.  There are sermons, descriptions of community events, book reviews.  We have humor, quick notes, travel stories, favorite links, even recipes.  All this and videos and pictures too!

Your piece doesn’t have to be long.  It just has to be your voice, about something you want to share with our SPC community.  And if you aspire to a regular writing outlet, frequent submissions are welcome!

To submit, just send me  an email at stpaulblog@gmail.com.  I am always willing to provide feedback and editing advice.

Remember, there’s no blog without you
