- Resolution to temporarily suspend some of our bylaws in order to permit an online annual meeting and mail-in ballots;
- Annual visit from Cheryl Wilson, CEO of St. Paul’s Senior Services;
- Semi-annual report from the endowment committee;
- Presentation on the history and purpose of Nutmeg & Olive, LLC;
- Election of a manager to Nutmeg & Olive, LLC.
