May this beautifully creative story of water inspire and commit us to advocate for all of the ways this gift comes from God: oceans, lakes, rivers, groundwater, and atmosphere.

Prayer
Gracious God, we thank you for the gift of Sister Water, as she
Glorifies the Lord, every shower of rain and fall of dew;
Frost and cold, ice and sleet, glorifies the Lord;
Glorifies the Lord, springs of water, seas and streams…
Praise him and and glorify him forever!
From Canticle 12, A Song of Creation
