St. Petersburg Vocal Quartet

Quartet

in a FREE concert of
Orthodox Church Music
and Russian Folk Songs

Irina Grinberg, soprano
Marina Chihatcheva, mezzo-soprano
Maxim Mostovoy, tenor
Yan Largin, baritone

After their San Diego debut in 2002, the acclaimed a cappella quartet returns to St. Paul's Cathedral for a third annual appearance.

The Saint Petersburg Vocal Quartet is an a cappella (voice only) group of four talented singers from Saint Petersburg. The group helps promote traditional and contemporary Russian religious songs, as a part of the cultural heritage of Europe, to a broader international public, and their tours in Germany, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Scandinavia, USA and the UK have generated a wide circle of friends and supporters. This is the ensemble's fourth tour of California.
